Local property tax (IBI) and waste charges come on top. Wealth tax: with Andalusian rules a non-resident gets a 100% reduction up to about €3.7 million of net Spanish assets, if you file form 714 when required. There is no tourist tax. From 1 December 2026, holiday lets of 30 nights or fewer also carry 10% VAT if the October 2026 housing decree is confirmed.
